This Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved survey is a component of a National Needs Assessment examining the knowledge, skills, confidence, and behaviors of primary care providers with regard to the treatment and management of sleeping disorders, with a particular focus on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Your experienced opinions and perceptions will contribute to the understanding of challenges and learning needs of primary care providers in caring for people with sleeping disorders.

This survey will take 20 minutes of your time. You will be asked screening questions to ensure that you meet the study's inclusion criteria. If you meet the inclusion criteria and complete the survey, you will receive financial compensation in the amount of $100.00.

All information in this survey is for data collection by AXDEV Group and will remain strictly confidential. This needs assessment is being conducted under rigorous standards for academic research. Completion is completely voluntary.
